√ ZEFRONCAP-LAB FM is a semi-automatic benchtop capping machine designed for the precise and controlled closure of glass and plastic containers using pre-threaded caps and metal twist-off caps.
√ The descending capping head automatically performs the capping and return cycle, ensuring ease of operation and consistent process repeatability.
√ Equipped with a magnetic hysteresis capping head, with adjustable torque from 0.2 to 2.0 Nm, allowing accurate control of the tightening force.
√ The machine frame is manufactured from AISI 304 stainless steel, providing robustness, ease of cleaning and long-term durability.
√ 24 V electrical control circuit and two-hand safety control provide enhanced operator protection during machine operation.
