ZEFRONCONVEYOR L0500/L1100 is a side-belt conveying system with adjustable belts. Available in two standard lengths: M50 (500 mm) and M110 (1100 mm), it can be installed between the filler and the capper, or from the capper to the accumulation table.

AISI 304 stainless steel frame for strength and durability.

High-grip silicone side-belts, ideal for gripping suspended bottles and guiding them on the conveyor without the risk of tipping.

Quick adjustments (tangential, longitudinal and vertical) via clamps, allowing easy adaptation to different formats and container geometries.

Adjustable speed via potentiometer, ensuring correct synchronization with filling machines, capping machines or accumulation tables.

Emergency mushrooms integrated on stainless steel boxes, with high-quality electronic components (PLC, inverter, power supply).

Modular stand-alone design, easily integrable into existing production lines or new plants, following Zefron’s engineering philosophy.
