√ ZEFRONCAP L02 is an automatic linear capping machine with double head, designed for use with stainless steel AISI 304 caps, ensuring precise closure control and high productivity for bottles and containers with screw caps.
√ The system features two independent capping heads, each equipped with a brushless motor and electronic control for vertical movement and rotation. This allows simultaneous and reliable tightening of two containers.
√ Electronic torque control is applied to both heads, guaranteeing precise and controlled cap tightening without deformation of the closure, container, or product.
√ The machine is equipped with a Siemens PLC and touch screen interface, allowing centralized control of the capping parameters for the two heads operating in
parallel.
√ The tightening torque is adjustable for each head and can be displayed and monitored on the HMI in Newton meters (Nm) for accurate process control.
√ The system structure allows both stand-alone operation or easy integration into new or existing production lines, including dedicated dual-format configurations.
