√ Zefron Weigher is an automatic linear weigher with two load cells, designed for net weight dosing of granular products, small pieces, or coarse powders, ensuring precision and application versatility.

√ AISI 304 stainless steel frame with product contact parts in AISI 316L, guaranteeing resistance, hygiene, and durability.

√ Advanced weighing technology derived from multihead weighers, ensuring consistent and repeatable dosing of granular products, powders, and small pieces (e.g. salt, sugar, seeds); system fully configurable to meet different production requirements.

√ Each vibrating channel features vibration control from the touch screen, dedicated flow gate, independent pneumatic closing paddles, and dual-opening weighing buckets for accurate product handling.

√ Siemens 10” PLC touch screen for machine control, recipe management, and operating parameters.

√ Modular stand-alone design, easily integrable into existing production lines or new plants, following Zefron’s engineering philosophy.
