Zefron Weigher is an automatic linear weigher with two load cells, designed for net weight dosing of granular products, small pieces, or coarse powders, ensuring precision and application versatility.

AISI 304 stainless steel frame with product contact parts in AISI 316L, guaranteeing resistance, hygiene, and durability.

Advanced weighing technology derived from multihead weighers, ensuring consistent and repeatable dosing of granular products, powders, and small pieces (e.g. salt, sugar, seeds); system fully configurable to meet different production requirements.

Each vibrating channel features vibration control from the touch screen, dedicated flow gate, independent pneumatic closing paddles, and dual-opening weighing buckets for accurate product handling.

Siemens 10” PLC touch screen for machine control, recipe management, and operating parameters.

Modular stand-alone design, easily integrable into existing production lines or new plants, following Zefron’s engineering philosophy.
